Sesame Ginger Cashew Noodles

Want a quick meal idea? How about noodles?! I think it’s safe to say, that we all love a good noodle bowl.


Brown Rice Noodles (Explore Cuisine Organic Brown Rice Stir Fry Noodles)

Sesame seeds

Sesame oil

Soy free – teriyaki soy sauce (Primal Kitchen No soy teriyaki sauce)

Rice vinegar

Blue Agave (Wholesome Organic Fair Trade Blue Agave)

Garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic)

Fresh minced ginger

Toasted cashews

Let’s make some noodles:

While noodles are cooking (follow directions on package). Dry-toast the cashews in a pan on medium/low with a teaspoon of sesame oil. Toss and flip the cashews to prevent them from burning. Allow to brown. Add minced ginger and garlic. Reduce heat to low and continue to toss. Next add the soy free – soy sauce, rice vinegar and blue agave. Allow to simmer. After noodles are done cooking, drain and then add to pan. Top with sesame seeds and add more sauce as needed (soy free – soy sauce, rice vinegar and blue agave).
